FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can AI predict injury risk in football?

AI can estimate the risk of injury by analyzing training load data, such as intensive plyometric work, and highlighting players whose load pattern indicates a higher risk. It supports, but does not replace, the judgment of coaches and medical staff.

Why focus on plyometric training?

Plyometric exercises such as jumps and bounds are highly effective but place heavy loads on muscles and tendons, so monitoring them is important for injury prevention.
